Here’s a wild blend of Macabeo, Merseguera, and Moscatel de Alejandr?a from the mainly red-wine region of Alicante, Spain. The 30-40 year-old vines give the wine body while the indigenous Merseguera grape provides refreshing acidity. It’s very aromatic, with bold aromas and flavors of ripe peach, fresh lemon, honeysuckle and spring flowers and finishes crisp, dry and mouthwatering. An excellent cocktail white – try it as a fresher, zestier, alternative to Viognier!
