This bottling is the first in a grand array of wine barrel finishing projects. It was an obvious choice for us to begin with an Oregon Pinot Noir since that is Oregon’s premier red varietal. And coincidentally everyone at BRD likes Pinot Noir and we have lots of friends in the wine industry.

Lee Medoffstarted House Spirits Distillery in 2004,where he helped create several popular craft spirit brands of which his namesake Medoyeff Vodka and Aviation Gin are the most successful. He was one of the founding members and first president of the Oregon Distillers Guild, Americas first craft distillers guild. Tasting Notes

Eucalyptus, and a hint of mint up front. Leading to creamy vanilla and slight tobacco notes. Finishing like a dry red wine.
