A superb collaboration between the Roca Brothers (owners of a twice celebrated Best Resraurant in The World) and Macallan’s geniius of a Master Whisky Maker, Bob Dalgarno. Drawn from seven cask types which are both American and European, providing tremendous complexity and character. Wonderfully viscous, you will be met by a kaleidoscope of flavours- from the likes of Ginger, ripe fruit and treacle on the nose to alluring warm spice and cracked pepper on the palate. It goes without saying that this is highly limited and therefore there is a limit of 1 bottle per order.

Product Description

The Macallan Estate is some 360 hectares in size and stunning to boot. The whiskies themselves have long been those of great distinction and full of character. At the heart of their creation is the Estate’s own Minstrel Barley and the smallest stills in Speyside. Both go to ensure the house’s signature rich, fruity and full flavours are ever present. If you ever come across an old Scottish 10 note, you will spot these very stills which appeared on the back of the note for a number of years.
