This dry vermouth is new to the U.S. market, and its a winner. Aromas of pear, tropical fruit, and minerals waft up from this pale liquid, which is well-structured and slightly sweet at first with lingering flavors of pear and tropical fruit.

Its excellent in martinis and other cocktails calling for dry vermouth, but unlike most dry vermouths, it would be pleasing on its own with ice and a twist of orange peel.

An initially smooth and velvety palate is rounded off by a complex winey note with mineral tones. Persistent and delightful, this vermouth is perfect for any occasion.
