We are proud to offer you our artesenal Pechuga mezcal. For this special release from sun-soaked Oaxaca, we roast the highest quality Espadin agave for distillation in a copper pot still with turkey breast and natural spices. An homage to the generations of maestro mezcaleros whose wisdom has trained and inspired us, our Pechuga serves as an expression of gratitude for our Mexican culture.

Mezcal Type: Joven 100% Agave.
Cooking: Earth oven, using wood and river stones.
Milling: Hand s mashed in Sabinowood canoes
Fermentation: Open / Natural in wood vats with wild yeasts and spring water.
Distillation: Triple in Copper Pot Still.
Region: Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca.
Nose: Herbaceous notes of pine and fruity aromas of tejocote, candied sweet potato and pineapple are balanced by cooked agave and piloncillo with highlights of cumin, star anise, pepper and cardamom
Palate: Aromas of herbs, fruit and spices found on the nose are reflected on the palate as the beautif ully long, fragrant finish lingers.
