Cincoro Reposado is known for its exceptional aromas and taste, achieved through a unique aging process. The barrels, first used to age Tennessee whiskey, are then employed to age Cincoro Blanco. This technique emphasizes the smoothness of Blanco, enhanced by wood notes from aging 8-10 months in an underground cellar. This period is significantly longer than the minimum 2 months required for Reposado. Cincoro Reposado is remarkable on the nose with scents of vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. On the palate, you’ll savor sweet cooked agave, caramel, and white chocolate.
