Next vanilla come forward, almost pastry-like, with cooked banana, bitter orange peel and ripe pineapple. 100% pot still rum first aged at Long Pond & Clarendon Distilleries then aged again in Cognac casks with the Planation house style. Complex nose of smoke, banana, vanilla, and pineapple.
