The 2019 Antdoto fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in 600-liter French oak barrels, 15% of them new, for ten to 12 months. It’s a tight and powerful vintage, ripe and with abundant tannins and without the spark I found in the 2020. After some time in the glass, the wine developed some floral aromas, but the palate remained more austere. This needs powerful food.
