This rum, La Favorite Coeur d’Ambre 1L , is made by Habitation La Favorite with origins in Martinique with an alcoholic content of 45%. The rum is very fresh on the nose. Velvety floral notes such as rose hint at a silky rum. The balance is quickly restored to offer us a greedy cane with a little acidity. Some fresh exotic fruits are invited, and even the green apple is part of the party. The pepper imposes itself without sharing in the mouth, it carries the cane away in a deluge of intense hail. The pepper lingers on the finish, the tongue is still warm and the spices crackle.
