100% Garnacha from Sierra de Gredos (DO Madrid) with aging 11m in FO cascs from 225 to 600L and 6m in SS vats Med-pale cherry color with garnet hues Med. intensity on the nose. Aromas of dry flowers, violet, carnation, honey, liquorice, wet wool, anise, rooibos, lingonberry, wild strawberry, overripe cherries, raspberry, black plum candy, earth, clay, coriander. On the palate dry, spicy and fresh, med-high acidity, med+ tannins ripening, 14,5of alcohol really well integrated, med+ body & med+ finish.
