Manly Lilly Pilly Gin is a serious gin with a cutesy name. Infused with lilly pilly berries and pink flowers found on the dunes of Sydneys beaches, this is a sweet, delicate gin with a candy stripe of colour.

This is a fruity gin through and through, loud, fun and endlessly sippable. Its superb in a G&T with a hibiscus flower garnish, but that colour is just begging to be shaken up into a Clover Club.

Named after Manly, an area in Sydney renowned for its natural beauty (and excellent surfing opportunities!), Manly Spirits Co. was opened in early 2017 by founders David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton and since, the team has worked with forager and chef Elijah Holland to sustainably source local marine botanicals, which are used to make gins, vodkas and liqueurs.
