After de-stemming, fermentation temperatures between 88F and 92F encouraged rich flavor development and a plush mouthfeel. To preserve fresh Cabernet fruit flavor, this wine was aged primarily in tank while a careful selection of French and American oak brought forth additional complexity. A touch of Petite Sirah contributed to this wines rich depth and round profile. Dark plums, black cherries, grilled herbs and smoke on the nose. Its full-bodied with firm, sleek tannins.
