Made from 100% Italia grapes, a close relative to the Muscat grape family, this is a favorite among piscos for its aromatic floral qualities and overall sweetness. All the grapes are sourced from the Ica Valley and undergo a full fermentation before distillation in small batches on a copper pot still. No water or other additives are added.

Tasting Notes:
Extraordinarily aromatic and complex with hints of honey suckle and lighter notes of rose petals; also of tropical fruits such as melon and ripe pineapple. On the palate, those notes are intensified with citrus hints, green apple, honey, and golden raisin with a nice structured full bodied and elegant finish.
