Produced from 100% torontel grapes at the historic Bodega San Isidro in Peru’s Ica Valley. Production is done in a traditional manner using pot-distilled using alembic copper stills. Torontel has strong floral character with aromas of jasmine and magnolia.

Tasting Notes:
Aroma of white and purple flowers such as jasmine and lilacs, complimented with citrus blossoms, lemon grass, meyer lemon, dark berry fruit. On the palate, light peach, apricot, lemon, dark berries, plush black raisins, hints of licorice, lavender and white pepper. The finish is velvety soft with exquisite lingering floral notes.
