Matured in No.4 “Alligator” Char American Oak Barrels. Non-chilled filtered for maximum flavor. Nose of caramel, toffee, and vanilla. Flavors of spec, wood, and fruit. Long finish. LIMIT 1 Per Customer. The nose on this is simply incredible. It’s like cocoa and barrel char mixed with ginger snaps and a hint of cherry. The nose gives away some of the flavors on the palate, in addition to a mild sweetness of maple syrup and burnt sugar with a dash of black pepper. Almost reminds me of a chocolate pot du creme– it doesn’t get much darker and richer than this. Finish is dry and oak driven. It just gets better and better as you continue to sip! If you like a warm, heavy, spicy bourbon, this one is for you. Age: 9 years, 2 months.
