• Mash bill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% malted barley
• Produced with limestone-filtered, spring-fed water from a pond on the distillery estate
• Sour mash fermented in stainless steel for approximately 35 days using a proprietary yeast strain

Willetts eight-year wheated is the most recent addition to the distillerys lineup, introduced in 2022 and conceived entirely by master distiller Drew Kulsveen. Incorporating older stocks than the Willett Pot Still Reserve and bottled at seven more percentage points of proof, this expression reveals new facets of the distillerys wheated mash bill.
