Certified Organic. 100% Pinot Noir. A singular expression from the visionary Franoise Martinot, made entirely from the 2013 harvest and bottled with zero dosage. This is Blanc de Noirs in its most pure and electric formlinear, saline, and brimming with tension. The fruit comes from a single vintage, but the wine hums with layers of time: citrus pith, orchard blossom, and a whisper of hazelnut. Only the patient hand of long lees aging brings such texture and depth. Deeply rare.
