Palate:fresh entry.The rich aromatic expression is faithful to the bouquet: fresh black and red fruits, spices, liquorice and undergrowth.It is a fresh, generous, melted and supple wine.The tannins are fine and coated.The taste balance is tender.The finish reveals notes of liquorice and red and black fruits.

Sommelier’s advice:a tender wine to accompany during the youth of the wine roasted white meats in sauce and grilled red meats, grilled rib steak and duck breast with pepper sauce, Stoise macaronade, couscous, tajines.
After a few years of cellaring, dishes that have been simmered for a long time and well seasoned will go wonderfully together.
