Bespoken American Light Whiskey (50% ABV) is heritage distilled in the Midwest with a mash bill of 99% corn and 1% malt. Then sent to “finishing school” in San Francisco, CA, where repurposed American Oak staves impart graduate-level flavor and refinement. With reverence for the artisans who came before us, Bespoken Spirits re-imagines a time-honored paradigm and elevates the potential for sustainability in premium spirits-using 99% less energy, 97% less wood and 20% less water than traditional barrel aging.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance Faint orange Aroma A powerful running start with warm and welcoming aromatics of dried birch bark, gingerbread, pastry cream, Madagascar vanilla, and orange curacao. Palate Savory with notes of lime peel, steel-cut oats, vanilla flan, and toasted rye bread. Finish Light and zippy with a hint of orange creamsicle.
