Bespoken Special Batch Whiskey (45% ABV) is heritage distilled in the Midwest with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malt. Then sent to “finishing school” in San Francisco, CA, where new charred American Oak staves impart graduate-level flavor and refinement. With reverence for the artisans who came before us, Bespoken Spirits reconstructs the natural elements of heritage maturation and sets new sustainability standards in premium spirits-using 99% less energy, 97% less wood and 20% less water than traditional barrel aging.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance Sunlit hay. Aroma Green apple, mixed pepper mill, and cinnamon. Palate Apple, floral honey, fresh papaya, nutmeg, and new French Oak. Finish Light and zippy with mouth-puckering notes of crisp green apple, lavender honey, coconut milk, and vanilla extract.
