This term, exclusive to Broken Barrel, signifies the unique blend of barrel staves from various types of barrels used in each expression. Our Oak Bill consists of 40% Charred American Oak, 40% Toasted American Oak, and 20% American Apple Brandy Cask.

The outcome of this unique blend is a whiskey that stands out with its own distinct character. It presents a gentle honeycomb sweetness, complemented by notes of toasted cashew and butterscotch. As these initial flavors recede, they give way to more complex undertones of oak and marshmallow.
