Ca’ del Bosco produces the Ca’ del Bosco Franciacorta Cuve Prestige 375ml , a sparkling wine from Franciacorta vinified from pinot blanc and chardonnay and presents an alcohol content of 12.5%. A unique aromatic profile with spicy notes of spearmint and fresh oregano leaf with heavier tones of stone fruit, honeydew melon and blanched almond. This fragrant, fresh bubbly is crafted from carefully selected Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes. It has a firm structure, a rich attractive mousse and a persistent finish. Intense aromas of lime blossom are underlined by apple and peach. It is elegant, soft and delicate with acidity is in perfect balance and a note of ripe fruit driving into the finish.
