This is a more laid back iteration of the Cain with the normal savory notes, but quite a bit more integrated versus the past few releases. The nose shows plum, currant, cedar, soft turned earth, and a light presence of Brett. The palate is moderate in weight with cherry, plum, cedar, earth and pepper.
