Cardhu 12 Years is a single malt whisky from Speyside elaborated without peat. Named after the distilling brand, it also is the flagship product of Cardhu which translated means “Dark rock”. The Cardhu 12 Years’ mellow flavours are best served when served pure or on ice. It also complements ideally chocolate and pralines at the end of the meal.

Product Description

Cardhu can trace its history back to 1811 when John and Helen Cumming first started to distil- albeit without a licence initially (neighbours would look out for the Red Flag, which was a sign that excise officer was visiting). As soon as the family were able to afford the correct paperwork this was done with the distillery experiencing fantastic growth from its tiny beginnings throughout the mid 19th century.
