Winemaker Description

Chteau Beaubois covers a total of 60 hectares of Costieres de Nimes in the Southern Rhone Valley. Fanny and Franois Boyer, brother and sister, are the 4th generation owing the vineyard.

The estate is certified organic and Demeter certified Biodynamic.

Pleasant nose of strawberry, blackcurrant, mulberry and licorice. On the palate, the wine has soft tannins with aromas of red fruits and fruit paste. A tasty and supple wine which could be served throughout the meal, with vegetables, meat and cheese.
