Product Description: Cribari Madeira is a deep amber color, sweet, slightly crisp, with a full nutty flavor complemented by a fragrant bouquet of citrus and pears. Delightful for cooking or as an aperitif. Vinification: After primary fermentation, the ba se wines are heated to about 100 F for up to 8 weeks to develop the nutty, warm characters typical of Marsala. Sweet and dry wines are blended to produce the proper balance of flavor. Alcohol: 18.0 – 18.5% by volume Residual Sugar: 85 – 95 g/liter Total Acid: 3.8 – 4.8 grams/liter as tartaric acid Total SO2: 100-120 ppm Calories per 100 ml: 130 – 140 Fat per 100 ml: 0 Protein per 100 ml: 0 Carbohydrates per 100 ml: 8.5 – 9.5 Allergens: Cribari Madeira contains sulfites.
