Don Papa, one of the lesser known heroes of the Philippine Revolution. As a foreman on a sugar cane plantation, he joined the fight for the independence of his country. He became the leader of his countrymen in driving the conquerors from his beloved country.

Don Papa comes from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago. With this extraordinary rum the heroes of the revolution are honoured. It is refined from high-quality sugar cane, which grows in extremely fertile volcanic soil. It then matures for a further seven years at the foot of Mount Kanloan in barrels of American oak. It gets its special finish in Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels.
