Taste: Smooth and warm with a pleasing woody character, accented by hints of spice, smoke, and nutmeg.
Finish: Long, sweet, and slightly toasty.

After years of aging in charred oak, we select only the most complex barrels to craft Elijah Craig Small Batch, Barrel Proof, and Single Barrel Bourbons. The Small Batch Bourbon won “Best Small Batch Bourbon” and a Double Gold medal at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, while the Barrel Proof was honored as Whisky Advocate’s ‘Whisky of the Year’ in 2017.
