TASTING NOTE:We were so impressed with this Syrah, and think you will be too. It’s full-bodied, smooth, balanced and long. Deep purple in colour. Ripe black cherry, chocolate, a hint of violets, with a long finish revealing earthy, rocky notes.

FOOD MATCH: Superb with rich red meats, and slightly spicy vegetable and meat dishes.

The region of Carinena produces great quality wines at surprisingly good prices.Fabula means ‘fable,’ and each label in the range carries an image relating to a fable…. “And being cosmopolitan and refined, she established her true personality here. While Syrah is grown all over the world, and often called Shiraz, in the Carinena region, it has its own unique expression. This Syrah is un-oaked.
