A very long skin contact Pinot Gris, the nearest we’ve ever seen to a red wine made from the pink-berried grape. Farming is biodynamic, spontaneous fermentation and nothing added, not even sulfur. Call it what you will be it orange, ramato, ros or red… this is a wonderfully expressive wine that drinks amazingly with a chill. Located in the heart of Alsace. Since 1998, weve converted our production to biodynamic wine making in response to the realization that our land and our vineyards longevity depend on their sustainability. We have worked hard to become both Demeter and EcoCert certified and are committed to offering the best of Alsatian terroir, rich in both history and savoir-faire.
