A Limited Edition release to celebrate the new Game of Thrones Season, beautifully presented with the House Greyjoy motto – “We do not sow.” The Golden copper colour of the liquid of this Talisker is provided by the use of heavily charred, ex Bourbon, American Oak casks. The nose is quintessentially Talisker with the signature notes of dry peppery smoke and dark chocolate. Set on the Isle of Skye, much like the Iron Islands the Greyjoy whisky represents their pirating character.

In 1825 Hugh MacAskill of Eigg acquired Talisker House and the North end of the Minginish Peninsula on the rugged, beautiful Isle of Skye. Five years later he and his brother had built what was to become on of the World’s most popular distilleries on the shore of Loch Harport. In fact, by as early as 1898, Talisker was one of the best selling Malt Whiskies in the UK
