Hinch Single Pot Still pays homage to the most traditional & unique of Irish whiskey styles. Fruity, zesty notes are balanced by an undercurrent of powerful spice to give a very distinctive drinking experience. Bottled at 43% to highlight the differing layers of flavors. Produced from a uniquely Irish mash bill consisting of both malted and un-malted barley, with a touch of oats being added to bring that hint of creaminess on the palate. Made famous by Irish distillers of old and was once the most popular style of whiskey in the world.
