It’s crafted using the fresh juice of Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane (k) cultivated in Kohala, Hawaii. The sugarcane juice undergoes fermentation with a special yeast, followed by distillation in a handcrafted copper pot still, to an ABV of 60-74%. This slow and meticulous process results in a flavorful rum that truly embodies the splendor of the k.

This is an exceptionally flavorful rum, ideal for savoring neat or in top-tier cocktails.

Remarkably, less than 5% of rum worldwide is produced as an Agricole, meaning it’s made from fresh sugarcane juice.
