The Wine Advocate 95 Points | Her flagship wine is the Cabernet Sauvignon, which comes from several sources, most notably Calistoga and Pritchard Hill. The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc (500 cases). It is a beauty, very much in the style of 2012, with its flamboyant nose of blueberries, blackberries, new saddle leather. Following on the palate are juicy, succulent, full-bodied flavors, sweet tannin, low acidity and a flamboyant and dramatic mouthfeel. This is a superb Cabernet Sauvignon to drink over the next 15-20 years.

Vinous 92 Points | Black cherries, plums, mocha, spices and dark chocolate are all super-expressive in La Sirena’s 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich and voluptuous to the core, the Cabernet is a terrific example of the year and all of its near term appeal. Drink this racy, open-knit Cabernet Sauvignon over the next decade or so. Raspberry jam, wild flowers, anise and sweet floral notes add perfumed sweetness throughout.
