Louis Jadot produces Burgundy and nothing but Burgundy. Their stated purpose is (obviously) to create great wines and have slowly added to this reputation by purchasing some of the best vineyards in Burgundy. All their wines are of a very consistent quality. If, like me, you have a relative (Father in Law in my case) who insists on drinking French Wine then Louis Jadot is a ver safe bet.
