Aged for six months in old French oak barrels, concrete and stainless-steel tanks, this greenish wine reveals herbal and lime aromas, with a faintly reductive layer. Dry and creamy, it lingers with a crunchy mouthfeel. Its an intense and balanced coastal white, crafted in a cold vintage for the area.”
