The attack is fresh, the palate round and full with a great balance between sugar and acidity, and a finish ending on notes of dry fruit.In this region of the Loire valley, listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO for its wine, wine-growing is an age-old affair handed down over the generations. Here, Pierre Brevin has produced a Vouvray with 100% chenin grapes, which revel in this terroir swept by climatic influences.
