single cask 100% Grande Champagne, unique in the world! These preciously guarded treasures rest under the vaults of the Chais Paradis, in the underground passages of Mademoiselle’s 19th-century manor.

These timeless vintages, spanning from the oldest to the most recent, embody the exceptional craftsmanship of the Cognac region, showcasing the unrivaled Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes. While their exquisite qualities cannot be replicated, they all share a common threadthey bear witness to the remarkable essence of Grande Champagne and the centuries of expertise perfected in the Cognac region.

Some of these remarkable cognacs have been matured in French oak barrels, while others have aged in barrels previously employed for the maturation of Banyuls sweet mut wines. These barrels, unparalleled in the world, yield only a limited number of bottles, often a mere few hundred. These extraordinary cognacs are presented as single-varietal expressions and are bottled straight from the barrel, preserving their natural alcohol content, and undergoing no filtration.
