The lambrusco and vinifera juices are cool fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then blended and sweetened. Wild Irish Rose 13.9% Wild Fruit Wine is a proprietary blend of concord grapes and native New York grape concentrate with enhanced grape character and color. Special care is taken to preserve the delicate, neutral taste profile and color. It’s flavored with the earthy taste of ginseng. Balance: medium body. Fruit: tropical fruits, mango.
