Centenario 25 is a blend of rums aged in white American oak for up to 25 years in a traditional solera system. Only very slightly sweeter than the 18, this rum has a dynamic and earthy flavor profile highlighting ginger root, ginger snaps, pressed green a pple, eucalyptus oil, hints of camphor, menthol, and herbaceous lemongrass. The finish shows Bartlett pears in syrup, creme de cassis, jasmine green tea, and a balanced tannic cask presence. Superb neat or with spring water.
