Winemaker Description

The Segura Viudas Icon Premium Cava presents itself in a lively lemon yellow hue with golden streaks. Its aromatic profile is a delightful combination of green pineapple, yellow plum, grapefruit, and the delicate essence of white flowers like jasmine and lemon blossom, creating a perfume-like fragrance.

On the palate, it offers a pleasing abundance of fruit flavors, complemented by a subtle touch of sweetness. The wine’s acidity is notably well-balanced, bringing vibrancy and life to the palate. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing of grapes, using only the most aromatic and delicate juice.

Each grape variety undergoes a separate fermentation at low temperatures to preserve its unique character. This premium Cava is meticulously aged for a minimum of 9 months in bottle, in ideal conditions 20 meters below ground.

This sparkling wine evokes thoughts of exotic flavors, making it a great match for dishes such as Thai Tom Yum soup, Peruvian sea bass ceviche, or quesadilla.
