There is a pretty floral character to this year’s estate Cabernet Sauvignon that makes us want to talk about comparisons to left-bank Bordeaux, but again with the dark, red-toned fruit we are so quickly reminded of its true California nature. Perhaps most impressive in this vintage is the silky texture. In the end, this is a distinctively Star Lane Vineyard Cabernet. This medium-body, savory Cabernet checks all the right boxes.
