Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is the second expression in Templeton Ryes innovative Barrel Finish Series. This limited edition rye whiskey was originally matured to perfection for five years in traditional American Oak flame-charred barrels, before being expertly finished in the finest dark rum casks from the Caribbean island of Jamaica. The additional six month maturation time spent in first fill Caribbean Rum Casks accentuates the rye spice while adding subtle, exotic flavors andtropical fruit tones.

Templeton Distillery is built on the shared experiences of our community. The roots of whiskey in our town can be traced back along family lines to the bootleggers of Prohibition.
