Avin Reposado is a masterpiece crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, aged for five years before hand-selection and harvest. The agave is slow roasted for two days in traditional brick ovens, yielding deeper, richer flavors. Undergoing a meticulous double-distillation in small batches guarantees the purest quality, which then matures in American oak barrels for at least three months, infusing subtle woody notes.
