Round and dense, yet crisp at the same time, this very attractive Terrazas Reserva Chardonnay shows lively tropical fruit flavours, in addition to flinty mineral characters, and a long and nice finish. Both my mother in Law and wife are currently raving about this- both are anti oaked Chardonnays but this seems to get their seal of approval.

Product Description

Terrazas literally translates as terrace. The company grow each grape variety on its own terrace on the edge of the Andes (near Mendoza) at what they belive to be the best height for the grapes’ best development. Chardonnay is grown at 1200 metres above sea level and is watered by the snow melt from the mountains rather than by any man made irrigation system.
