This release is brought to us by Master Distiller, Alex Thomas and sees 100% Irish Malted Barley triple distilled within Copper Pot Stills to achieve the maximum flavour possible. After it has been distilled it is allowed to age and mature within Oloroso Sherry casks which allows for a Juicy Fruit Flavouring to be imparted on to the Whisky. This Whisky has a Juicy Fruit flavour coming through from the Oloroso Casks along with notes of Lemon and a Spicy Oak.If you needed anything more to entice this Whisky is then bottle and presented in a Hexagonal Bottle! Amazing!

This Irish whiskey was first launched in 2018, produced from 100% malted barley, distilled three times in copper pot stills and then aged to perfection in former Oloroso sherry casks, sourced from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Perfect for fans of Irish wanting to try something a little different (and what a lovely bottle too!)
